30 Day Free Size/Color Exchange -

TaichiMoto will exchange any like new item, with original packaging and tags, one time, within 30 days from original purchase date, for the same item in another size or color free of charge - and even cover the outbound shipping charges on the replacement item.  Customer is responsible for any shipping charges to return the original item.  Shipping method for exchanged items are at the discretion of TaichiMoto.  If you need to exchange an item, please send an email with your name, order number, and exchange instructions to service1@taichimoto.com.  You will receive return instructions which may vary depending on item availability, etc.  Replacement orders will ship at first possible opportunity, but may take up to three weeks (plus transit time in the US) if the replacement item has to be imported from Japan.  If the replacement item is not immediately available for shipment or import, the customer will be contacted with options for substitute items or expected date of availability of the requested item.


Refunds -

Any like new product, with original packaging and tags, may be returned for refund within 30 days of original order date according to the following terms.  Items obviously worn or used, items without original tags, and shipping costs will not be eligible for refund.  The customer can choose between two methods of refund.  Refunds can be requested in the form of store credit for the full purchase price, in which case store credits will be issued and are available for use within 48 hours from the time the returned products are received.  Or alternatively, refunds may be requested in the form of credit to the card used on the original order.  Credit card refunds will be issued within 2 business days from the time returned products are received, but may take up to 7 business days to appear on the customer's account due to banking restrictions and processing.  To request a refund, please send an email to service1@taichimoto.com , including the name on the original order, order number, and the preferred method of refund.


Damaged or Defective Products -

All products are warranted against defect by the manufacturer.  TaichiMoto will assist with manufacturer warranty claims by processing exchanges, repairs, or refunds, at the discretion of TaichiMoto and RS Taichi, on behalf of the customer and in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty polices.  Products damaged during shipping may be eligible for replacement or compensation in accordance with the carrier's claims and warranty policies.  For any defective product, or damaged/missing shipment claims, please contact service1@taichimoto.com for assistance.
